Cancellation Policy and Insurance
PLEASE READ THE CANCELLATION POLICY CAREFULLY, WHICH IS SPECIFIC TO EACH EVENT WE ORGANIZE:
Due to the majority of costs associated with the event being paid well in advance to achieve the lowest price, including accommodation and meals, the following cancellation conditions apply.
I. Without Insurance Upon cancellation, a cancellation fee of x% of the total participation fee* for Dance Without Limits is charged. The decisive factor is how many days before the start of the stay you request the cancellation. Cancellation is carried out by sending an e-mail to info@tanecbezhranic.cz.
- Cancellation 61 days or more before the event incurs a cancellation fee of 20%.
- Cancellation 60 – 31 days before the event incurs a cancellation fee of 50%.
- Cancellation 30 – 8 days before the event incurs a cancellation fee of 80%.
- Cancellation 7 days up to the end of the event incurs a cancellation fee of 100%
(i.e., the participation fee paid from the 7th day onward cannot be refunded).
Cancellation applies exclusively to the following items:
- Accommodation and meals
- Lessons (all types)
- Supervision of Minors
- Morning Stretch and Strength Classes
Cancellation does not apply to the following items:
To ensure a good price, these items are ordered well in advance and cannot be cancelled.
- T-shirt (you can pick it up from us or we can send it to you by mail)
- Transport
- Merch vouchers
- Spring Edition vouchers
Insurance II. Cancellation Insurance for Illness or Injury Note: Insurance does not apply to an early departure on the penultimate day of the stay, for example, if the event ends on Saturday at 1:00 pm, leaving on Friday evening, cancellation insurance cannot be claimed.
We offer participants the option of insurance for cancellation. The insurance applies to the cancellation of participation due to illness based on a submitted medical report and also applies to any early departure from the event due to illness or injury. The participant will be refunded 80% of the paid participation fee** for the remaining days of the stay. The cost of insurance is 13 EUR per order. Cancellation insurance is entirely voluntary and applies to the entire order. Cancellation insurance does not apply to the cancellation of stays and early departures for family and other reasons – in such cases, cancellation is governed by the basic cancellation conditions.
III. Cancellation Insurance Without Stating a Reason In addition to the basic cancellation insurance for cancellation due to illness, we offer participants the option to purchase insurance for cancellation without stating a reason. With this insurance, a medical report is not required, and the participant will be refunded 80% of the paid participation fee** for the remaining days of the stay. Cancellation insurance is entirely voluntary and applies to the entire order. The cost of insurance is 20 EUR per order.
