Mario Glez

Mario Glez is a young Spanish dancer and choreographer who began his dance studies in 2008 in the city of Seville, Andalusia. Beginning with urban dance, Mario was introduced to the individual styles that compose it.

Shortly after he decided to continue his studies at the Centro Andaluz De Danza. Here he discovered contemporary dance, which allowed him to learn and identify with new forms of movement, without leaving behind his previous studies.

COLLABORATIONS AND SUCCESSES

• His interest to continue learning led him to meet and work in countries such as Germany, France, United Kingdom, Sweden, Canada, Italy, Brazil or Luxemburg, sharing with artists from different fields, who helped him broaden his horizons and discover new forms of emerging expression.
• Mario is currently based in Madrid, where he focuses on developing his interest in teaching, teaching regular classes and courses both locally and abroad.
• As a choreographer, he has created several pieces such as Phase (solo), MOZOs (duet) or Overthinking (dance video).
• As a performer, he has worked with Elias Aguirre Company (Spain) and Hani Dance Company (Germany), as well as on occasional events for well-known brands such as Oracle, Coca-cola or Loreal.
